"I ordered egusi soup vegetable soup rice and stew gizdodo fried rice and I mostly liked vegetable soup I felt bad that they didn't have pounded yam they only do poundo but it was still nice with the soup. The price is a bit higher for what they serve I got 7 plantains for R70. But what I recommend mostly is vegetable soup"

"If you love west African food, this is the place for you. It's just off a busy, main road and you might miss it if you don't pay attention. It's quite different from its previous location in Eastwood but it's still comfortable and well laid out on the inside. The chairs are extremely comfortable. The lavatory is not the best, but it's functional. The food as usual is scrumptious! The goat meat was tender in a flavourful tomato and pepper based stew. The jollof rice was a touch bit dry and didn't come with the usual veggies. There are enough special cuisines to choose from, including Moin Moin, pounded yam, and Eguissie soup. If you are adventurous, I would recommend you try some Nigerian food. Also, try the malt drink! It's like the original root beer mixed with guiness. Fair warning, it's quite a lot more than the average dish in fine dining restaurants... I paid R195 for a plate of rice with Goat stew. But for me it was worth it! :)"
